Recently vacated rental property at 610 Lawrence. Property is overgrown with waist high weeds; backyard is covered in trash and debris causing rodent/snake infestation. Windows and doors are broken/open; people are entering/using the house, especially at night. This property appears to be owned by an investment company in Tyler.

Their house sewer lines are not working properly every time they flush their toilet or take a shower, the smell is really bad and there is a lot of flies around the area

there was some water repairs done a few months ago, and the road was never repaired after. several of the homeowners have made complaints. the road is just getting worse over time and needs to be repaired or repaved.
