I was driving the speed limit on 295 when this vehicle got on at Franklin Street it proceeded to tailgate me in the high-speed lane, when I had room to pull over and let him buy he flew by much faster than the speed limit and then proceeded to pull in front of me and quickly off the highway at Congress Street. Reckless operation for sure. I don't know if it is a Portland cruiser, but there was a uniformed officer driving
