can this section of High Street be added to the street sweeping list. it habitually gets missed or ignored because of the parked cars. it's supposed to be no parking on Wednesday night but that never gets enforced so when the upper half of High Street is swept this section gets skipped. It was only swept once all of last year and is looking terrible.
