trash truck just came by and picked up three bags but left this one at 850am. I was standing on the porch waiting for someone and watc5h The Collector guy pick up the other ones this is the heaviest bag and he decided to pick it up put it down and put the cardboard box on to of it in an attempt to hide it.

if the bag weighs over 30 pounds the crew is told to leave it other wize they are to collect if its under 30 pounds.
The cardbord box was left because it was NOT IN THE recycle toter as per the city rules for its use.

I know why the cardboard box was not collected, what surprised me was the trash guy picking up the cardboard box and putting it on top of the trash bag like he was trying to hide it.
Also the trash guy was in sneakers and jeans, totally not dressed for his work climbing through snowbank. No doubt his lack of proper gear contributed to his poor job.

The bag was heavy, but definitely not 30 pounds.

Bag is still there. And I noticed two more in front of 1 Sherman that were not picked up. They were out on time judging by the snow on top.
