The collection crew is in desperate need of retraining... Too many goldbricks...

if the bag weighs over 30 pounds the crew is told to leave it other wize they are to collect if its under 30 pounds.
The cardbord box was left because it was NOT IN THE recycle toter as per the city rules for its use.

I know why the cardboard box was not collected, what surprised me was the trash guy picking up the cardboard box and putting it on top of the trash bag like he was trying to hide it.
Also the trash guy was in sneakers and jeans, totally not dressed for his work climbing through snowbank. No doubt his lack of proper gear contributed to his poor job.

The bag was heavy, but definitely not 30 pounds.

Bag is still there. And I noticed two more in front of 1 Sherman that were not picked up. They were out on time judging by the snow on top.
