The City of Charlotte Utilities Dept are replacing the water lines in my neighborhood. A portion of my driveway had to be disrupted and the city has informed me that they can only replace the portion that they disrupted. My driveway will never look the same with the new concrete and my old concrete. They have told me that eventually the colors will blend in over time.
