We checked the water stream for chlorine and it was present. We checked the meter box at 2010 Baylor and there was chlorinated water in it. Our serviceman checked the meter and determined the leak was on the customer's side of the meter. The customer was provided a doorhanger informing them that they had a leak and would need to call a plumber. Thank you!
