White dogs? No leash? No license? Attacking people? Well, this certainly seems like a serious situation. Anyway, how do you know the dogs' owner has no license? If the dogs pose a physical danger, lethal self defense can be used.

My last attempted comment was blocked. Let's try this again, but with a more politically correct tone. Sometimes, some people might be opposed to certain comments. If your opposition to a dog offends others, it is possible your idea might hurt someone's feelings. If that's the case, you may not express your feelings. It's the year 2022.
