Still a mess last night was sweeping night and I can see the sweepers were out on the upper end of High Street but since cars are never ticketed down here no one moves their cars despite the fact it's a no parking Zone last night it just looks awful down here. The Street only needs to be swept four times a year but it hasn't been done since last September at least

The picture you posted looked exactly like my street did before they finaly cleaned and swept it.
but my street the dirt was black from the crap from the winter storms in it.
