This trash has been on the street for days and will only be picked up tomorrow, which is the regularly scheduled trash day for the neighborhood. It is a mystery as to why the City can't enforce the trash ordinance on habitual offenders.

Unless the city puts your name on youre bags how do you know exactly what person put said bag out.
Especially in multi apartment buildings?

The owner of the building---which the City assessor's web site lists as HERBSIRA LLC, 100 Wild Fern Drive, Longwood, Florida 32779----is responsible for complying with City ordinances pertaining to the proper and timely placement of trash on the sidewalk. Unfortunately, the City appears unwilling or unable to simply enforce its own ordinances regarding early placement of trash on the sidewalk.
