This building is a CONSTANT offender!!!! Hard to believe that the City ever fines the owners.

I've heard the landlord works really hard to keep the building and tenants in line.

Then the landlord should be there right away and address this issue!!

Portland Mathers you're kidding right the landlord lives in the building first floor right he doesn't care about anything

in the summer time I would see him pulling up weeds in his garden when I walked by. I do always see a lot of people smoking and drinking on the porch though.

It would be very helpful if he picked up the cigarette butts or simply swept a little. That place is a disgrace.

Yeah good for you can't be bothered to pick up their cigarette butts their friendliness only goes so far with me. You know what would be really helpful is this the neighborhood prosecutor would actually compel some action from this guy

not really the towns responsibility to be hounding the guy.

Dealing with CHRONIC offenders like this property owner is absolutely the City's responsibility.

Not relevant at all it's not an excuse either I happen to be a landlord and my building is in this exact neighborhood but you've never seen anyone about it. I have a full-time job in addition to being a landlord

Sandy is certainly correct in saying that is neither relevant not an excuse to say that the landlord has 2 jobs. If a person owns property, s/he has to take care of it!!

Enforcement of municipal ordinances is a matter for the City.

The two black trash bags are no longer on the curb they're now sitting right in front of the foundation 3 feet from the sidewalk it's still garbage and can't be left out like that whether it's on the curb or on private property

well the bags are now on the landlord's property. I walked by there this morning and someone moved them off the sidewalk. so I guess close this case until next time. lol

They wont be. I am sure they will be taken care of long before that.

If past performance is any indicator of what will happen in the future, the landlord will NOT ADDRESS the issue in a timely manner and those 2 bags of trash will be in front of that building until the trash is picked up next Thursday.

The landlord moved the bags though. They are on his property now.

It looks like a critter is getting into the bags at night. There are a few rips with trash falling out now.

I went by today to check on this place. There were a few people out cleaning the mess.
