Sandy what about the bike looks like its been around a while

Hasn't moved in a while. Here's a Google streetview from sometime prior to last fall. Neglected for sure, but maybe not abandoned.

I would not be suprized if the bike was abandoned the city has a bunch some place.
Sad that someone would invest good money on a nice bike then leave it to rust in the weather
