Description

I can appreciate that picking up the recycles as an awful job especially in the snow storm where these guys are trying to get done before the snow gets really bad but that's not an excuse for doing a bad job and leaving trash on the street. I know this has been a regular issue and the city and trucks have been doing a better job lately, but today was especially bad. I can't help but wonder if the crew didn't care becasue these expected their poor job would be hidden by the snow.
