Description
I've noticed in a lot of areas of Portland the plow drivers don't get their wing blade all the way to the curb resulting in a narrowing Street as the snow bank sits on the street and not on the curb. This section of Forest Ave in the attached photo illustrates the problem well but it seems to be an issue all over the city and especially on Forest Ave inbound from woodfords corner where the road is already narrow. In the attached photo this whole line of cars is in violation by parking too far from the curb. Not that I think they deserve a ticket I would just like to see the plow drivers doing a better job of getting the banks all the way back and off the street.

One out of place curb and the plow could be ruined or broken cost the city a mint to fix

I would rather see a LITTLE snow between the curb and road then have thousands of dollars in damages to the plows or the curbs them self's do you agree?
The snow could be cut back some i agree but not right against the curbs.
