Insects, mice, rats and other disease carrying vermin...
This is a hazardous neighborhood & public health issue... not to mention fire danger...
The city really needs to step-up their enforcement in the Sherman / Grant street areas, as there are a lot of complaints from this area that are being reported on See Click Fix.
