good morning, neighbors and ppd! hey if you live in the area of north street, cumberland ave, sumner court etc. on munjoy hill, please keep an eye out for this suspicious looking fellow. he’s been slowly cruising around the neighborhood all morning, looking up driveways etc. maybe he lost his cat? chuckle, probably not, right? mountain bike, gray sweatshirt, black/blue pants, white sneakers (nike?). thanks!
